100g tapioca flour
100 rice flour
100g of pork (whole peanuts with fat)
500g black tiger shrimp
3 ear mushrooms (or shiitake mushrooms)
1 large purple onion

Step 1 Processing of raw materials
Pork washed, drained, then minced (or minced). Just moderate hashing, no need to be too technical.

The ingredients include: pork, shrimp, carrots, mushrooms, red onions, scallions into a bowl. Season to taste, then mix well.
Step 3 Dumpling package
After the dough is softer and smoother. We use our hands to spread the dough into long, round sections, then cut the dough into thick pieces. Next, use a dough stick (or glass bottle) to roll the dough into a medium thickness.
Take a moderate amount of filling in the middle of the dough. Dip your hands with a little water (or cooking oil) and squeeze each edge of the cake.
Step 4 Steam in the dumplings and make the dipping sauce
Spread a small amount of cooking oil on the steamer, then arrange the cakes so they don’t stick together. Steam for about 10-15 minutes is fine.
Chinese eat dumplings with soy sauce. You can do the following: 1/2 garlic and 1/2 minced chili. Add the mixture to the soy sauce (eg Chinsu). Add some sugar and lemon to make it interesting.
